Service Description

This in-depth Home Brewing 101 class explains the equipment needed and the step-by-step process of brewing beer, and also delves into the science behind why each step is important, and what effect it has on the finished brew. As we teach you about ingredients, techniques, fermentation, and many other topics; you and fellow classmates will work together to actually brew a batch of beer. After the beer has completed fermentation, your class returns to experience the bottling process hands-on, so you leave not just with a head full of knowledge, but also a six-pack of your own home brew!  This includes the bottling class two weeks later.
